  • Learn how to prepare for and conduct a strategic conversation with HR decision-makers

  • Practice and use the key concepts of Strategic HR Sales

03 — Implementation

The concepts and tools are presented in a digestible and logical sequence that allows you to implement each one in your day immediately. Throughout the program we will focus on

  • Deliberate Practice (in a safe environment based on a clear model of success), and precise coaching and feedback on where to improve and

  • Real-life cases: directly implement new learnings and actions as you progress in the coaching program. Our mutual goal for each participant by the end of 6 weeks is a minimum of ONE meeting booked, prepared, delivered with an HR leader.
